Daniele

Daniele is an entrepreneur with a background in Transaction Services and M&A at KPMG Italy and France. He is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and is the co-founder of 637 Capital.

637 Capital provides businesses and organisations with digital tools that streamline their workflows and improve productivity. One of our core products is JibuDocs, an AI-enabled knowledge management tool for capturing, organising and accessing organisational data.

Daniele leads operations, sourcing and management activities at 637 Capital, while his co-founder leads technology.

We developed JibuDocs from scratch. It now stores one of the largest repositories of East African tax and legal documents, with approximately 800,000 documents and strong search capabilities. The tool is used by all Big Four firms in Kenya, Bowmans and ALN.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Daniele spent over eight years in Audit and Transaction Services at KPMG: five years in Milan and three in Paris. His work included quality of earnings, adjusted net debt, working capital and SPA negotiations on buy-side and sell-side engagements.
